TERMS AND CONDITIONS |
The enrolled students must follow the following terms & conditions of VANIK without any exceptions, falling which strict
disciplinary & legal action will be taken including expulsion from the institute |
1. Fee Payment:
- Students need to pay the amount as mentioned in brochure/website at the time of admission only.
- Those students who have opted for the Instalment Payment Scheme are subjected to pay the instalment charges as decided by the management from time to time, Instalment charges will be immediately applicable once student have taken admission and opted for" Instalment Payment Scheme.
Note: Fees payment through cheque is not acceptable.
2. Refund of fee or Replacement: (Applicable only for Classroom Study Course)
In case if a student is not able to continue the classes due to some unavoidable reasons, VANIK will provide two alternatives to such candidates:
- Student can avail the fees refund facility within first 5 days of the commencement of either batch or course. Fees will be refunded after deducting initial processing and admission charges of Rs. 3000/-.
- The student can replace the seat with another student within the 1st two months of the commencement of either batch or course. The student who replaces the seat should not be present student of VANIK and will not be offered any back-up classes or books. The amount of Rs.3000/- will be charged as replacement processing fee.
- Refund requests made verbally, over telephones, e-mails or by fax will not be valid or accepted.
- Submit the refund and or replacement application in person to the coordinator in the admission office. Only the student or parents can submit "Fee Refund" application. Please note that, we will not accept the Fee Refund applications from any other person/relative/friend.
- The policy of fee refund or seat replacement is strictly according to the above mentioned terms and is not negotiable under any circumstances. Any refund of fees or seat replacement received without proper documents like ID-card (if issued), fee receipt & written application after the expiry of applicable period will not be processed or entertained.
- Course fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

RRB NTPC EXAMINATION PATTERN QUESTION
FOLLOWED BY RRC-2018-19 RRB NTPC is an entrance exam for the non-technical postswith various RRBs across India. Earlier, Railways used to
take separate recruitment examinations for every zone.
However, this year onwards the exam has been combined
for all the RRBs. It implies that exam paper will be same for all
the zones. This is also the first time that this exam will be
conducted online.
Pattern of Railways RRB NTPC Exam:
The paper will include the following subjects
• General Awareness
• Arithmetic
• General Intelligence & Reasoning
• English (very rare)
There will be a total of 100 objective questions, which need
to be solved in 90 minutes. There will be negative marking
for wrong answers. For each wrong answer, 1/3rd of the
marks allotted to that question will be deducted. There is no
negative marking for un-attempted question. |

Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) is an organization under Government of India. Its job is to hire new employees to work in Indian Railways. RRB has 21 regional branches in different parts of India. 2. Physical Efficiency Test
If you qualify the CBT then you will be called for a Physical Efficiency Test which following will be of the pattern:
Male Candidates:
- You should be able to lift and carry 35 kg of weight for a distance of 100 metres in 2 minutes in one chance without putting the weight down.
- You should be able to run for a distance of 1000 metres in 4 minutes and 15 seconds in one chance.
Female Candidates:
- You should be able to lift and carry 20 kg of weight for a distance of 100 metres in 2 minutes in one chance without putting the weight down.

RRB NTPC EXAMINATION PATTERN QUESTION -2018-19
RRB NTPC is an entrance exam for the non-technical posts with various RRBs across India. Earlier, Railways used to take separate recruitment examinations for every zone. However, this year onwards the exam has been combined for all the RRBs. It implies that exam paper will be same for all the zones. This is also the first time that this exam will be conducted online.
RRB NTPC selection will as follows.
The RRB NTPC Recruitment 2019 has a 7 stage selection process. The selection of candidates will be based on their performance in the following phases of the RRB NTP recruitment process.
- Preliminary Exam (Computer Based Test)
- Main Exam (Computer Based Test)
- Typing Skill Test (For candidates applying for the post of Senior Clerk cum Typist, Junior Accounts Assistant cum Typist and Junior Time Keeper)

1.Paper-I will consist of Objective Type, Multiple choice questions only. The questions will be set both in English & Hindi for Part-11,111& IV.
2.There will be negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer.
3.Answer Keys, in due course after the Computer Based Examination, will be placed on the website of the Commission (https://ssc.nic.in). Any representation regarding answer keys received within the time limit fixed by the Commission at the time of uploading of the answer.
4.keys, will be scrutinized and the decision of the Commission in this regard will be final. No representation regarding Answer keys shall be entertained, afterwards.
5.Marks scored by candidates in Paper-I will be normalized by using the formula published by the Commission through Notice No: 1-1/2018-P & P-I dated 07-02-2019 and such normalized scores will be used to determine final merit and cut-off marks.

- Paper-II will be of descriptive type in which the candidate will be required to write a short essay or letter in English or any language included in the VIII Schedule of the Constitution.
- Paper-II will only be of qualifying nature and is intended to test elementary language skills in view of categorization of the post as Group-C and in view of job requirements. However, marks scored by the candidates in Paper-II will be used to decide merit in case more than one candidate score equal normalized marks in Paper-I.
- Paper-II will be held only for those candidates who meet the cut-off prescribed by the Commission in Paper-I for different categories.

SSC CGL 2018 Tier-III Syllabus
Tier-Ill of SSC CGL 2018 exam is a descriptive exam to test the written skills of the candidates in English/Hindi. The mode of examination is offline and students are required to write essays, précis, application, letter etc. in this exam. The exam carries 100 marks and the time allotted for the same is 60 minutes. The time allotted for candidates belonging to PWD category is increased to 80 minutes. Tier-Ill paper is given by specific candidates who are interested only for the post of "Statistical Investigator Gradell" & "Compiler".
SSC CGL 2018 Tier-IV Syllabus
Tier-IV examination comprises of couple of skill sets required for certain Government Posts all over the country.
DEST (Data Entry Speed Test): For the post of Tax Assistant (Central Excise and Income Tax), DEST Exam through SSC CGL 2018 exam is conducted to check the typing speed of the candidate. The candidates are given an article in English which they have to type on Computer. A candidate is required to type 2000 words in 15 minutes.
CPT (Computer Proficiency Test): Word Processing, Spread Sheets and Generation of slides are the three modules that are important for this exam and the commission demands a candidate to be proficient in it for the post of CSS, MEA, Inspector (Central Excise), Inspector (Preventive Officer) and Inspector (Examiner). Tier-I and Tier-II exam is compulsory for all posts mentioned in the SSC CGL 2018 Notification of while Tier-Ill is specifically for candidates applying for the post of Statistical Investigator Grade-II and Compiler. Similarly, Tier-IV exam is taken by candidates applying specifically for TA, CSS, MEA and Inspector.
Penalty for Wrong Answers
Giving a wrong answer to a question will lead to deduction of 0.5 marks in Tier-I, III & IV while that of 0.25 marks in Tier-II.

Online TIER -1 Examination: Aspirants have o qualify in each of the three tests by securing cut-off marks to be decided by Staff Selection Commission. Adequate number of candidates in each category as decided by SSC depending upon requirements will be shortlisted for Online Main Examination.
N:B - SSC used to conduct interviews for all posts which are more than 2800 GP (according to 6th CPC) but new government has abolished interviews for all Group B and Group C posts. And SSC CGL is an exam filling online group B and C posts so no interview is there in latest paradigm of SSC CGL.
Online Main/TIER-II Examination: Each candidate will be required to obtain a minimum score in each test of Online Main/TIER-II examination and also a minimum total score to be shortlisted for interview/TIER-III. Depending on the number of vacancies available, cut-offs will be decided and candidates will be shortlisted for interview.
Interview: The total marks allotted for Interview are 100. The minimum qualifying marks in interview will not be less than 40% (35% for SC/ST/OBC/PWD candidates). The weight age (ratio) of SSC (Main exam) and interview will be 80:20 respectively. The combined final score of candidates shall be arrived at on the basis of scores obtained by the candidates in the Main Examination/TIER-II of SSC CGL, RRBS AND OTHERS and Interview. Process forArriving at Scores
- A number of questions answered correctly by a candidate in each objective test is considered for arriving at the Corrected Score after applying the penalty for wrong answers.
- The Corrected Scores so obtained by a candidate are made equivalent to take care of the minor difference in difficulty level, if any, in each of the objective tests held in different sessions to arrive at the Equated Scores*. * Scores obtained by candidates on any test are equated to the base form by considering the distribution of scores of all the forms.
- Final scores in each test are rounded off to the nearest integer.

Number Systems: Computation of Whole Number, Decimal ad Fractions, Relationship between numbers
Fundamental arithmetical operations: Percentages, Ratio and Proportion, Square roots, Averages, Interest (Simple and Compound), Profit and Loss, Discount, Partnership Business, Mixture and Allegation, Time and distance, Time and work.
Algebra: Basic algebraic identities of School Algebra and Elementary surds (simple problems) and Graphs of Linear Equations.
Geometry: Familiarity with elementary geometric figures and facts, Triangle and its various kinds of centres, Congruence and similarity of triangles, Circle and its chords, tangents, angles subtended by chords of a circle, common tangents to two or more circles.

SSC CHSL Syllabus: General Awareness
Questions are designed to test the candidate's general awareness of the environment around him and its application to society. Questions are also designed to test knowledge of current events and of such matters of everyday observation and experience in their scientific aspect as may be expected of an educated person. The test will also include |
questions relating to India and its neighbouring countries especially pertaining to History, Culture, Geography, Economic Scene, General policy and scientific research.
Note: For VH candidates of 40% and above visual disability and opting for SCRIBES there will be no component of Maps/Graphs/Diagrams/Statistical Data in the General Intelligence & Reasoning / Quantitative Aptitude.
SSC CHSL Syllabus 2018 - Descriptive Paper (Tier-II)
Tier-II Paper will be a descriptive Paper of 100 Marks in pen and paper mode. The duration of the paper would be for one hour (20 minutes extra will be provided for candidates with VH/OH afflicted by Cerebral Palsy, OH with deformity in writing hand). This paper has been introduced to assess your writing skills. The Paper would comprise writing of an Essay of 200 -250 words and Letter/Application writing of approximately 150-200 words.
SSC CHSL Syllabus 2018 -Tier-III Skill/Typing Test
Tier-III of the Examination would continue to be the Skill Test/Typing Test which would be of a qualifying nature. The final merit of the successful candidates would be determined on the basis of total score obtained by them in Tier-I & Tier-II. Skill test for Data Entry Operator
Data Entry Speed of 8,000 (eight thousand) Key Depressions per hour on Computer.
The 'Speed of 8000 key depressions per hour on Computer' will be adjudged on the basis of the correct entry of words/key depressions as per the given passage.
Duration of the said Test will be 15 (Fifteen) minutes and printed matter in English containing about 2000-2200 strokes/key-depressions would be given to you to enter in the Computer.
VH/OH (afflicted by Cerebral Palsy) and OH with deformity in writing hand (with 40% disability and above) will be allowed 35 minutes including compensatory time 20 minutes for the skill test.
The "Data Entry Speed" Skill Test would be of qualifying nature. If allowed to take this test, you will have to qualify the test at the prescribed speed on Computer, to be provided by the Commission or the agency authorized by the Commission to conduct such skill test at the Centre / venue so notified.
On securing at least the minimum qualifying marks in the Computer based written examination (Tier-I) and Descriptive Paper (Tier-II), as may be fixed by the Commission at its discretion, you will be called for skill test. The Commission may also at its discretion, fix qualifying marks in each component of the written examination.
Note:
- Provided that candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, OBC, ExS and PH may be called for the Skill Test by the Commission by applying relaxed standards if the Commission is of the opinion that sufficient number of candidates of these categories are not likely to be available for the skill test on the basis of qualifying criteria for general category candidates in order to fill up the vacancies reserved for these categories (i.e. SC, ST, PH, ExS and OBC).
- On qualifying the Skill Test at a speed of not less than 8000 key depressions per hour, you will be eligible for being recommended for appointment as per their position in the merit list.
- None of the candidates (including PH candidates) who qualify in the written part of the examination will be exempted from the Skill Test as passing of the skill test is a precondition and one of the essential qualifications for appointment to the post of Data Entry Operator.
- The skill test will be held at the Commission's Regional Offices or other centers as may be decided by the Commission.
